Using Woomi without an account
You do not need a Woomi account, email address or password to use the app. Your language, onboarding choices, saved controls and reminder settings are stored in the app on your device. Woomi does not operate cloud synchronization for these settings. Your iCloud or device backup settings may affect whether app data is preserved.
Woomi processes touch input on your device to produce haptic feedback. It does not send gesture coordinates, record your screen or use behavioral advertising. Production builds do not send a stream of the patterns or controls you use.
Subscriptions
Apple handles payment. RevenueCat, Inc. helps Woomi verify subscription access, restore purchases and understand subscription performance. RevenueCat processes purchase history, subscription status and a randomly generated anonymous customer identifier for app functionality and subscription analytics. Woomi does not provide RevenueCat with your name or email address and does not receive your full payment-card details.
Apple and RevenueCat retain transaction information under their own terms and as needed to provide purchases, prevent fraud, provide support and meet legal obligations. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Woomi does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Diagnostic reports
Crash reporting is enabled by default so Woomi can detect and fix crashes in TestFlight and App Store builds. Google Firebase Crashlytics may receive crash traces, technical exception details, app version, device model, operating-system information, timestamps, Firebase installation identifiers and Crashlytics installation or session identifiers. Woomi does not add your purchase identifier, account information or gesture coordinates to these reports.
You can turn diagnostics off at any time in Woomi's Privacy settings. This stops new reporting; some native settings take effect after the next app launch. A report already sent cannot be withdrawn with the switch. Firebase states that Crashlytics keeps crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems.
Reminders
Reminders are optional. When enabled and allowed by iOS, Woomi schedules them locally on your device. Woomi does not use a remote push-notification service. You can turn reminders off in the app or change their presentation in iOS notification settings.
Support messages
If you choose to email support, the provider receives your email address, message and any information you choose to include through the email service. Woomi does not send email or attach diagnostic logs automatically. Support messages are used to answer your request, maintain service records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. They are deleted when no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.
Service providers and international processing
Apple provides purchases, subscription management and device services. RevenueCat provides subscription validation and reporting. Google Firebase provides crash reporting. Firebase also hosts this website and may process visitor IP addresses to prevent abuse and provide service analytics. These providers may process data outside your country under their own legal safeguards.

Retention and your choices
Local settings remain until you change them or remove the app's data, subject to device backups. A device-only historical trial marker may remain in the iOS Keychain, but Woomi does not use it to determine current introductory-offer eligibility; Apple determines eligibility. Purchase and support records are retained only while reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and applicable legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and to withdraw consent for optional diagnostics. Email app.woomi@gmail.com. Because Woomi has no account system, we may need proportionate information such as an Apple transaction identifier or anonymous service identifier to locate a record.
Audience
Woomi is a general-audience haptic massage and wellness app. It is not designed for children or marketed specifically to children. The app contains no user-generated content, social features, gambling, violence, explicit sexual material or medical diagnosis or treatment.
Changes
We may update this policy when Woomi's practices or service providers change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
